Our meditation center welcomes people of all ages — children, young adults, and older adults. You don’t have to wait until you feel ready; the right time to start meditation is always now. Simply give yourself the time to join us and practice.

저희 명상 센터는 어린이, 청년, 어르신 등 모든 연령대의 분들을 환영합니다. 준비가 될 때까지 기다릴 필요가 없습니다. 명상을 시작하기에 가장 좋은 시간은 언제나 ‘지금’입니다. 시간을 내어 저희와 함께 명상하며 실천해 보세요.
